Clean the garage, rebuild a motor, and get ready to build.

Got Wood!  And then went skiing in Canada.

Frame assembly with some help from the best helper ever!

Stem, Breast Hook, Chine Block, and Building Form Assembly.

Transom Assembly, Router Jig for cutting Batten Notches, and rope tying while waiting on glue to dry.

Frames attached to building form, installation of chine logs, and Flying with Jacob and my Father in Law.

My table saw scarfing jig and sheer installation.

Plywood sides and bottom, fiberglass, skeg, spray rails, and bottom paint.

Time to Flip the Boat!  Thanks to Dave Lott, family, and other friends for all their help.

HOT HOT HOT...deck framing, dash, and seat construction.

Cover boards, seat tops, deck beams, motor well trim, and controls.

Cuban Mahogany sunburst deck veneers, Deck hardware, Navigation Lights, and loose veneer repair.

Process for filling voids on the deck veneer.

Decks essentially complete with only several more clear coats of Super Marine to go.

Motor repainted and ready to be reinstalled, Boat inspected and HIN attached, trip to Nickajack Lake in TN.

Four generations of Shaw's had one great weekend on Lake Eufaula.
